Okay, I want to sum this up quickly, so yeah here we go.

Name: Jack Econix, or Jack

Nicknames: Ecojak, usually only reffered to as

Species: Floating face thing possessing a jacket

Abitilies/Powers: EXTREMELY rich, so much so that when he has guards with him he can buy anyone he sees. When there's no-one to help him carry out his purchase, he's in danger.
He's good at politics, and understands all the governed systems, especially the economic and judicial.

Physical: He's rather speedy, and three times lighter than an average human. This means he can jump three times higher and flies three times further when struck. He is very weak in hand-to-hand combat and often states laws that are being broken while his butt is kicked.
He has no head, but his body works just like a normal human's, even though it used to be a coat, but he bleeds and dies just as easily as a human. Some say his brain is in his hat, and some argue he hasn't one at all.
In a fix he can inflate (Recession humor, haha) and become slightly more accustomed to fighting and still weigh the same, making him less dense. His maximum height by growing this way is about 30 feet.
His teeth are sharp and make strong bites (Credit crunch )

Personality: He's OBSESSED with money and will stop at nothing to destroy every natural resource and exploit everyone on earth to make a tidy profit. When he meets someone, he usually tries to offer them bogus car insurance. He doesn't mind scamming people but wouldn't want to hurt them unless they aggressed him. He'll make bribes and take bribes and do all sorts with his ill-gotten wealth.

History: Okay this is kind of long
A female scientist in 1909 was kidnapping children to gain blood samples for a machine way past its time. She believed she could splice DNA with mechanics to create sentience, and she achieved. Jack, two eyes and a mouth, was the result. He was given the body of a labcoat she had spare, and Jack was a kind, friendly person who changed the proffesor's ways and they lived happily for several years, until Jack started to learn more about the world around him. He learned of politics, economy and the greedy fools that roll around in money. The last thing he ever said to the scientist was "The day I become one of those money-crazed bastards is the day you regret creating me." He'd slowly been developing patches of green, red and blue over his coat as well, and was suddenly interested in money, violence and politics.
The next day he was gone and he was green.
Jack was literally a stained soul, affected by the corruption of humanity and soon after obsessing over it, his body changed to help him get it.
The one time Jack became snow white again was on the professor's deathbed.

Ecojak brought about the Wall street crash and the recent recession, and bought the world in 2018.
